Job Responsibilities

Be responsible for formulating and implementing the resource demand plan and progress plan required for outdoor line project implementation, as well as managing, assessing, and motivating project team members. Take charge of the progress management, cost management, quality management, EHS (Environment, Health and Safety) management, and acceptance management of outdoor line engineering projects. Identify, analyze, track, and respond to risks in the operation of outdoor line projects, and escalate and alert major issues during the contract execution process. Effectively monitor the achievement of major milestones in the implementation of outdoor line projects to ensure the achievement of goals such as revenue, payment collection, and prevention of overdue inventory during the acceptance period. Manage internal and external project stakeholders, balance the needs of all parties, determine the project scope according to the contract, and set reasonable project goals. Maintain customer relationships and relationships with outsourcing contractors during project execution to improve customer satisfaction and the stickiness of subcontractors. Manage members of the outdoor line project execution team, empower local teams, and enhance the outdoor line delivery capabilities of local teams. Make decisions on major issues during project execution, and promptly alert and escalate problems. Prepare for, supervise, and comprehensively coordinate multiple deployment plans of FTTH projects in various regions, and take overall responsibility for project delivery results.

Job Requirements

A bachelor's degree. Those with work experience in line engineering design institutes or line bidding experience will be given priority. English proficiency at CET - 4 or above, with good reading, listening, and speaking abilities. More than 3 years of experience in the communication industry. High professional skills are required, and rich on - site construction management experience in overseas FTTH projects is necessary. Master professional knowledge of project management and FTTH project delivery. Experience in engineering survey, design, budget estimation, and construction management of optical cable outdoor line projects. Have team management experience and capabilities, and be good at communication. Have a sense of cooperation, strong stress - resistance, and be able to adapt to medium - to - long - term overseas business trips to support projects.
