Job Responsibilities

1. Promote the development of vehicle mass production and technical management of innovative projects, preside over the project review of the exterior styling professional group, control the design and design quality, and ensure that the project is delivered on time; 2. Responsible for coordination, communication and cooperation across professional fields, cooperate with oil sludge, digital and engineering teams, and guide the solution of technical problems during project development; 3. Formulates the external shape and technical direction and design strategy of the designated field, guides and optimizes the professional technical standard of the process system in the field standards and technical reserves; 4. Continue to improve the team's ability, guide and train young designers, and provide professional advice for management matters such as team selection, appointment, evaluation and promotion. Job Requirements

1. More than 15 years of work experience in exterior design, work experience in internationally renowned OEMs, proficient in using English as a working language; 2. Excellent creative design and project control capabilities, proficient in the design and development process of vehicle exterior styling, and successfully led the development and implementation of several vehicle exterior styling projects; 3. Excellent cross-professional and cross-team communication and collaboration skills, have a strong sense of responsibility and mission, and efficiently promote project decision-making and implementation OK 4. Excellent knowledge transfer ability, applying personal knowledge and successful experience to work, helping professional system optimization and product success; 5. Excellent team leadership, with more than 3 years of team leadership/technical management experience, able to create a good technical atmosphere for the team.
