Job Responsibilities

1. According to the precise customers provided by the company, understand customer needs, and provide professional immigration consulting services in the United States, Canada, Australia, Greece, Vanuatu and other countries; 2. Provide customers with suitable immigration programs and promote customers to sign contracts; 3. Solve the problems in the immigration process of customers in a timely manner, effectively implement the plan and promote the implementation of the plan; 4. Participate in high-end activities planned by the marketing department, and actively explore potential customers in the activities; 5. Responsible for receiving customer interviews and providing customers with effective immigration information and consulting services; 6. Assist and guide contracted customers to prepare relevant application materials, patiently, meticulously and comprehensively explain the required materials to customers to ensure the smooth progress of customer applications; 7. Track the progress of the application and communicate the relevant information in the visa processing process with the customer in a timely manner; 8. Establish long-term friendly relationship with customers, continuously expand customer base, and realize referral and contract signing.

Job Requirements

1. Full-time undergraduate degree or above, majors in marketing and finance are good, and immigration law majors are better; 2. You are welcome to have 3 years or more of investment consultants, or have experience in marketing for high-net-worth clients such as finance and luxury goods, or have experience in the immigration industry; 3. Strong communication skills and affinity; 4. Have a strong sense of customer service, pay attention to customer needs, pursue customer satisfaction, develop customer relationships, and create customer value; 5.
