Job Responsibilities

主要职责： Responsibilities: 1. 担任3-12岁学生的英语教学工作 Conduct high quality classes for 3-12 years old students 2. 遵照课程安排，充分备课，保质保量完成教学任务 According to the course arrangement, prepare fully for lessons and complete the teaching tasks 3. 把互动活动引入课堂，鼓励学生表达自己的疑虑和问题 Insert some group works to the class, inspire students to express their concerns and questions 4. 严格遵守教师行为规范和学校的各项规章制度 Strictly follow teachers’ behavior regulations and all terms of school’s rules and regulations 5.必要时支持所有教学或者市场活动，例如 DEMO 展示课、毕业典礼、公开课、开放日等等 Support other teaching or marketing activities as needed, e.g Demo show, Ceremony, family day, Open day. Part-time or full-time

Job Requirements

Qualifications: 1. 来自母语国家 Native English speakers 2. 大学本科及以上学历 Bachelor's degree or above 3. 有两年及以上英语教学经验或TEFL/TESOL证书 Two or more years English-teaching experience, or TEFL/TESOL or equivalent teaching qualification 4. 具有良好的课堂把控力 Good classroom management 5. 有责任心，良好的团队意识 Be responsible for work and have high team spirit
