Job Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities 1. Client Development & Maintenance Prospect and acquire new clients through cold calls, visits, and digital platforms. Maintain relationships with existing clients, follow up regularly, and provide tailored solutions. Build and update customer profiles, analyze client demographics and purchasing behavior. 2. Achieve Sales Targets Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals set by the company. Develop personal sales strategies and report progress/results regularly. 3. Market Analysis & Strategy Implementation Collect and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback. Collaborate with the team to develop sales strategies and adapt plans to market changes. 4. Contract Negotiation & Order Management Lead negotiations, finalize contracts, and ensure terms align with company interests. Coordinate internal resources (e.g., logistics, finance) to ensure smooth order fulfillment. 5. Cross-department Collaboration Work closely with marketing, product, and customer service teams to enhance client experience. Provide frontline market insights to support product/service improvements. 6. Additional Responsibilities Attend industry events, training sessions, and company meetings for professional growth. o Adhere to company compliance policies and ethical standards.
Job Requirements
Education & Experience 1、Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably majored in Marketing, Business Administration. 2、3+ years of sales experience, EV industry background is a plus,possess a keen insight into the NEV sector. 3、Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office. 4、Strong communication, resilience, and results-driven mindset.
