Job Responsibilities

Below are some responsibilities that event managers are expected to assume:    Responsible for preparing and exhibiting CES, IFA, professional swimming pool exhibitions, etc., overseeing the entire process from project initiation to execution, implementation, and review, ensuring smooth operation and monitoring project progress, quality, and risks.  Collaborate with the design department to complete the design, sampling, production, transportation, and brand promotional and event materials management.  Streamline offline exhibition and event processes to enhance communication and collaboration efficiency across departments.

Job Requirements

Job Qualifications and Skill Sets:  Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing or related field.  Over 3 years of experience in large-scale international brand events and international exhibitions, with fluent English proficiency in speaking, listening, reading, and writing.  Strong project management and organizational coordination skills, capable of independently managing the entire project.  Strong sense of responsibility and ability to handle pressure effectively. Possess over 3-years of experience in large-scale international brand events and international exhibitions, with fluent English proficiency in speaking, listening, reading, and writing.
