Job Responsibilities

Location: Ersha Island, Yuexiu District, Guangzhou Expected Start Date: Mid-August 2025 Key responsibilities for this position include: 1. Develop and deliver lesson plans while assessing student progress for the assigned age group. 2. Engage with parents and support the school community through active participation in events. 3. Collaborate with various teams, including class and Early Years teams. 4. Participate in team meetings and lesson observations to enhance teaching and learning. 5. Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of students. 6. Complete any additional tasks assigned by leadership. Additional Information 1. Class: 6-7 Classes, PN - K3 2. Job Requirements

Experience & Qualifications: 1. Native English speaker from the USA, UK, Australia, Ireland, New Zealand, or South Africa. 2. Degree in Education or related field with a teaching qualification preferred. 3. Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in early childhood education. 4. Valid work visa (if applicable) with preference for candidates in Guangzhou. 5. Familiarity with IB, IEYC, EYFS, or similar curricula is an advantage. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and ICT skills. 6. Fluent in spoken and written English with effective communication skills. 7. Commitment to progressive, play-based learning.
