Job Responsibilities

The Digital Marketing Team Leader – KOL Management is an integral part of the Marketing team. The KOL Team Leader will be responsible for the management and development of current partner relations and the identification and recruitment of new partners. He/she will lead the KOL team to brainstorm and pitch collaboration ideas to KOLs. This role will partner internally with project management, marketing, ecommerce teams, etc. to meet business goals Responsibilities: 1. Conceptualize, lead and manage demand driving strategy; Create events across popular social media platforms; Involve in ideation/creation of influencer campaign in acquiring & maintaining KOL/influencers; Analyze & monitor KOL performance 2. Provide leadership in identifying, assessing and prioritizing opportunities and facilitate rapid decisions to go no/go to due diligence and/or deal negotiations Construct end-to-end full scale key-influencer campaigns that support brand initiatives, objectives and KPIs 3. Provide cross-functional leadership and support on all brand and communication initiatives. 4. Sensitive to relevant current affairs and industry trend

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor Degree; Good English in oral and written 2. Minimum 3 year experience in managing KOLs; Proven experience in handling broad range of talents 3. Demonstrated excellent project management skills and sharp negotiation skills 4 Fast learner 5. Living abroad experience preferred (familiar with various cultures and customer behaviors)
