Job Responsibilities

1. Tracked the flow direction of product operation and supervised the implementation of orders in accordance with customer orders in the company's business process 2. Responsible for tracking the internal planning, production, packaging, transportation and other processes of orders. 3. The production process shall be tracked and inspected to ensure the quality. 4. Keep in touch with customers actively and urge them to place orders as early as possible 5. Keep records of problems raised or appeared by customers in the process of sales and use, and accept customers' complaint information.Help or contact relevant departments to solve properly to ensure customer satisfaction

Job Requirements

1. College degree or above, with regular features;Lively personality, friendly attitude, strong learning ability 2. Most of our sales team are foreign employees, so we require foreign trade merchandiser must be proficient in spoken and written English. 3. Candidates with relevant working experience as merchandiser or at least one year of other working experience will be preferred. 4. Accept outstanding fresh graduates.
