Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities -Manage sales team and improve team sales performance. -Expand social networks through various methods and develop customer resources, including activities, networks, and cold calls etc. -Provide specialist insurance service including customer needs identification, solution recommendations, application fulfillment, and follow up. -Proactively build and continuously improve sales enabling tools to effectively communicate benefits of insurance products. -Manage individual portfolio to ensure the highest rate of customer satisfaction and persistency through post-sales and ongoing customer engagement. -Ensure self and team activities comply with relevant legal and regulatory requirements and meets company standards and procedures.

Job Requirements

Requirements -Qualification certificate for insurance brokers in at least one country is required, including Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Thailand, etc. -Knowledge in all types of insurances, including auto, fire, property, medical etc. -Front line sales experience is preferred, especially in insurance industry with on-hand client resources. -Good communicator—excellent listening skills and ability to explain complex information in a simple and concise manner, has the good professional consciousness and service attitude. -Highly self-motivated and self-disciplined with the ability to work effectively and independently. -Quick learner, result driven and willing to take new challenges. -Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and local language.
