Job Requirements

Education & Experience · Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Engineering or related discipline · At least 7-10 years working experience in managing scalable IT infrastructure & applications for private clinics, or hospital based project in preferred · Familiar with HIS system · Proven track record and solid experienced gained in implementing HIS system · Education: Minimal Bachelor’s degree · Language: Good verbal and written communications skills in both English and Chinese Mandarin Functional Competencies · Development and maintenance skill with HIS system. · Solid problem solving skills; high attention to detail execution and management · Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and coordinate activities with both internal and external teams · Strong team player with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business professionals at all levels of the organization · Resolve and/or escalate issues in a timely manner · Understand how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully · Knowledge in hospital workflow and HIS module functions · Have project management experience in HIS · Experience in quantity, schedule and cost control · Know how to manage risk · Be friendly and patient. Can work under pressure · Have good communication skills (especially the communicate with doctor and nurse). Willing to help others. For example the routine Helpdesk work when other resources are no available. · Familiar with the hospital regulations and have experience with The Public health bureau · Familiar with integration between HIS and ERP · Have experience in Shanghai local hospital is preferred · Have PMP certificate is plus · Have and glad to learn healthcare related knowledge such as clinic, management and statistics. · Familiar with J2EE and Oracle is plus · Have experience in Hospital application requirement analysis, software design and development experience · Familiar with automatic test · Familiar with Medical and health industry standard such ICD10, MLLP, HL7 V2/V3 , IHE is plus · Have experience on EBS,LIS,RIS,CIS,PACS
