Proven people management skills, including experience of managing large teams Results focused Flexibility, able to work various shifts if required Leadership flair with the skill to motivate others to perform and exceed expectations 3 years contact centre experience preferred, not a must Professional, proactive, positive and “can-do” attitude Communication skills (written and verbal) in the local language a must Proficient in English Analytical skills Degree educational level or equivalent further education Travel is required (20-30%)
