Introduction to our kindergarten Meiyi RKEC focuses on drama education, STEM courses, and project-based teaching. While promoting an all-round development in our teaching, we wish also to provide our students with a high-end learning & entertaining space to offer a complete and well-rounded childcare service. Job description Kindergarten English teachers for 2-6 years old kids are needed. The main responsibility of a teacher is to help the students learn, speak, read and write English. Your duties will range from the preparation of lesson plan to activities and classroom management. You are required to provide proper activities based on their age and their needs. Also, be responsible for the safety of your children when they are in school. Typical duties include: 1. Organizing and delivering lessons to children 2. Prepare daily lesson plan 3. Lesson prepping and classroom decoration 4. Carry out daily discussion with your team to ensure the classroom and lessons are well planned and executed 5. Classroom management including cleaning and change decorations according to monthly theme and take good care of teaching materials 6. Develop English lesson plans in line with the school curriculum 7. Maintaining discipline in the classroom. 8. Creating a vibrant teaching atmosphere. 9. Provide ideas and participate in all school celebration and events Working hours 1. 40 hours per week, 2. Monday to Friday 8:00-12:00am, 13:30-17:30 pm 3. Teaching time: no more than 25 hours per week 4. Other schedule will be arrange by school if needed School location Futian district，Shenzhe China（Near Nonglin metro stop） Salary& benefits 1. Salary 20000-26000RMB（before tax）plus housing allowance 3000RMB per month. 2. Holidays: Winter holiday 3 weeks off, Summer holiday 4 weeks off and Chinese National holidays. Holidays paid: winter 5000RMB, summer 5000RMB 3. Flight ticket allowance after completing one-year contract 4. Working visa& resident permit fees are covered and procedure handled by the school 5. Bachelor degree holder plus 2 years or more teaching experience related to teaching Or bachelor degree holder plus TEIOL certificate with 120 hours completed
