Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience Leadership and Teamwork Have a thorough understanding of the industrial project management process in China Have a thorough understanding of technical terms of project management Strategic thinking to develop annual growth plan Competent in reporting, planning and, budget control and development Competent in the use of various software including MS Project, AutoCAD etc Experience should include over 5-15 years industrial experience throughout China Experienced with Approval process for projects Experienced in working with multinational companies. English and Chinese language is critical. Bachelor Degree or more in Engineering/QS/Architecture
