Job Responsibilities

1) Maintain good cooperative relationship between local Yangon factory and Head Office - Shanghai 2) Responsible for collecting and communicating abnormal quality feedback from factory to Head Office - Shanghai 3) Independently develop the quality standards and procedures and make suggestions for further analysis and improvement measures. 4) Responsible for tracking the progress of quality issues, resolving them in an efficient way and reporting back to Head Office - Shanghai 5) Responsible for continuous follow-up of quality improvement and timely feedback to Head Office - Shanghai 6) Responsible for data collection, summary and report of quality abnormalities and improvements to Head Office - Shanghai

Job Requirements

1) College degree or above, more than 3 years of experience in QA/QC within the garment or textile industry or similar 2) Experience in QA/QC is preferred, or experience as a quality engineer in industrial field is also considered. 3) Able to travel domestically and international, good communication and coordination skills, able to work under pressure; 4) Proficient in office software operations, 5) English communication skills – able to speak, read and write in a clear and reasonable way. Chinese/Mandarin also considered – Both preferred! 6) Good sense of service, patience and responsibility, good character, strong principle, hard working, team spirit;
