Experience Requirements • 7 plus years work place experience related to quality assurance, product development, & manufacturing • Expert knowledge of U.S./EU product compliance requirements • Proven Risk assessment in these areas: product, production and supplier • International communication expertise in the English language • Experience developing product via Contract manufacturing management (kitchenware experience preferred) Job Skills & Traits • BS in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, and Operations Engineering preferred) • Very good working knowledge of various production methods and 3D CAD tools, strong computer skills to include Excel and Outlook. • Strong negotiation skills with manufacturers and sub-contractors to ensure quality product is continually produced. • Professional, highly organized. Strong troubleshooting and independent problem solving expertise, solution oriented. Ability to multi-task and deliver to set deadlines. • Passionate about how product is developed and manufactured • Flexible, self-starter, relentlessly resourceful with extreme attention to detail
