1. Participate in the design, engineering and optimization of DB’s private tutoring products. 2. Research and develop academic curriculum: designing course structures, setting learning outcomes and objectives, making lesson plans, creating question banks and etc. 3. Advance the curriculum continuously through evaluating tutoring products and adjusting lesson plans. 4. Engage in the planning, organization and implementation of DB’s open classes and forums. 5. Provide advice on marketing and operational strategies for DB’s private tutoring products.
1. Academic background: Graduate program candidate with English as primary language (or undergraduate with exceptional background and experiences); 2. Excellent communicative skills; Capability to work in a team environment; 3. Willingness to learn and develop new skills; Ability to work independently with or without supervision. 4. A qualified course developer can hold him-/herself accountable for the quality and timeliness of their work; Passion for education/pedagogy 5. Bonus: desire to acquire Chinese language skills (However, English will remain the medium of communications for work). Work hours: 8 hours/day; Monday through Friday at 10:00—19:00; lunch break at 13:00—14:00 (accommodations to work hours within reason may be accepted upon request)
