Job Requirements

1. More than 10 years experiences. With internet experience should be better. MBA degree is a plus; 2. High level of integrity, dedication and motivation, and great passion for the Internet industry; 3. Strong focus on user experience and strong conviction of user value, able to translate business strategy into financial statistics; 4. Strong problem solving skills and acute business sense that enable good business judgment; 5. A get-doer who is down to earth, hardworking and disciplined, effective communication and people skills; 6. Good project management skill; 7. Good understanding of China specifics; fluency in Mandarin and English.
