Job Responsibilities

1. Perform mm-Wave RF IC design; 2. Help on RF circuit layout and engineering test; 3. Prepare documentation of RFIC specification, design and test report.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor or above degree in EE or semi-conductor area 2. Bachelor degree needs 5+ years' experience in RFIC circuit design, Master degree needs 3+ years’ experience; 3. Good at EDA and simulation tools, such as Cadence, ADS, HFSS etc. 4. Successful tape out experience on RF IC design is preferred; 5. Have thorough knowledge of semiconductor device, signals and systems, electromagnetic field and electromagnetic waves; Familiar with semiconductor process such as CMOS, SiGe, and GaAs; With layout experience is a plus. 6. With experience on RFIC mass production test; 7. Good at English paper work.
