Job Responsibilities
• Human resource management in training dept. • Trainers’ management: new member training, ESL training, speaking test training and certification, automotive training; conducting performance evaluations and managing trainers’ performances throughout their careers at LINKO • Teaching quality and cost control • Develop and improve the curriculum • Help the marketing department to accomplish the Business development goal
Job Requirements
• Native speaker • Well experienced in academic management in an adult training organization or business leadership in MNC • At least two years’ experience in teaching adults • Bachelor’s degree in English, linguistics, TESOL, or any other related field
