Job Requirements

REQUIREMENTS A minimum of 5 years’ experience in product design, digital design, and / or content strategy Excellent communication skills - create and present strategy decks / roadmaps, provide project updates, and deliver design direction to team and partners Proficient using Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Photoshop and Illustrator) Exceptional design skills in layout, typography, color theory, and compositing abilities specifically with digital assets Large-scale web project management experience and capability Understanding of basic web development principles HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc. High motivational and collaboration skills to rally people around your goals and drive projects forward Able to leverage user research, key performance indicators, and site analytics to help make informed design decisions Attention to detail and solid organization and project management skills Open-minded, friendly, and positive attitude Fluent in Chinese and English PLUSES Motion Design (Aftereffects, 3D) skills Experience playing Blizzard games Passionate about PC and online games REQUIRED APPLICATION MATERIALS Resume Cover Letter which should include: Why you are interested in working at Blizzard What games you are currently playing **Only submittals with Cover Letters will be considered.
