IDEAS Education started China’s very first camp education center in 2008 and cooperates with camps from 27 countries all over the globe. More than 110,000 teenagers and campers have visited IDEAS Education. As a specialized and professional international camp education institution, IDEAS Education is dedicated to providing high-quality summer camps and summer school programs and activities for campers aging from 4 to 18 years old, aiming to help them develop their learning abilities, living and survival skills as required in the 21st century. 1. Position: Camp Counselor/Group Leader/Activity Counselor 2. Dates: 2020.02.01-02.10 (10 days during the Spring holiday) 3. Location： Tsinglan School，Shenzhen 4. Need: 8 counselors (4 males and 4 females each period) 5. Main responsibilities: ➢ you are going work with childern aged from 6 to 9 and 9 to 12 years old in a residential winter camp. ➢ This s NOT a English teaching position, instead, you will mainly focus diverse camp activities and games. There gonna be so much more FUN! ➢To prepare and lead camp activities and tidy up after the activities Including but not limited to warm-ups, team building, campers' choice workshops, free time, independent college and evening special events) ➢ To assist professional workshop courses for managing campers. ➢ Effectively cooperate with other temporary work arranged by the camp director. ➢ Make sure both physical and mental safty and health of the campers.
