Regional Infrastructure IT Demand Manager and PMO Lead (Service Delivery) (Jan 2020 – December 2023) (4 Years) Company – AXA Asian Markets Services, Inc. Responsibilities: • Reviews, verifies and provides feedback on the ballpark costs to the initiator to ensure overall accuracy of the cost estimate and that all relevant details are captured. • Liaise with Business Entity Demand Management under a centralized Demand Management Single Point of Contact to ensure alignment of Demand pipeline and enhance collaboration • Liaise with Country Heads and work with various Business Groups to prioritize the demands and to ensure they are aligned with the Regional IT Strategy and Business Group Roadmaps • Institutionalize Demand Management Process and Procedures through day-to-day operation to ensure standardized efficient and effective operations within Demand Management • Perform portfolio analysis of Business Entities and maintain project portfolio to ensure the timely capture of updates from business, country PO/PMO and Regional IT as well as any changes in in-flight projects, new demands and evolution release pipeline. • Support and provide input to the Evolution Release scoping to ensure all necessary Demand related information is reflected in the scoping. • Prepare and contribute to management presentations for regular governance review meetings with country PMO, Regional CIO and country CEO to ensure all relevant details are included and communicated to stakeholders • Works with other teams (technical team, business teams and some CIOs to ensure process improvement is aligned to all impacted business entities • Ensures that the key metrics are met within the Demand Management from the time it is submitted for analysis up until it is estimated and sent to the Business entity • Manages and works with the project managers to collect all financial and project status information to create a monthly Project Status Report which is being sent to the CIOs • Identify risks, conflicting priorities, interdependencies and overlap in the IT project portfolio and develop options to resolve them • Contributes on the forecasting analysis meetings by providing all demand details that have been approved by the business and delivered by technical team to analyze the budget required for the upcoming year • Provides Financial Status Reports of all demands that have been approved and delivered by the business to project the revenue of the organization of the current year in training new team me
