Work with a Chinese factory to sell direct via eCommerce, by establishing all aspects of Amazon (with FBA) and Walmart (with WFS), including setting up the company, establishing USA trademarks, obtaining DUNS number, supervising the imagery, listing content and keywords, and establishing PPC advertising where appropriate, on both Amazon/Walmart and third-party venues, such as Facebook.

Worked directly with a range of Chinese construction material suppliers regarding product specifications, pricing and export terms. Handled all disputes between the parties. This work was interrupted by the Pandemic and shipping difficulties.

Owned and operated a law firm serving clients in many aspects of law from contract negotiation, to financing solutions, to dispute resolution, including litigation in the State and Federal Courts of various jurisdictions within the United States. Managed staff, budgets, and drafted carefully written court pleadings and provided counsel to clients regarding their legal and business issues.
