• Serve as full-time faculty. • Experience teaching wide variety of courses in all level of nursing education (Postgraduate, Under postgraduate Students). • Participate in planning, implementing and evaluating assigned courses for continued development of nursing curriculum. • Remained current in instructional methods and evidence-based best practice and impact such concept place on nursing program student education. • Observed and evaluated the students’ performance in meeting course objectives and learning outcome through the assignment, projects and examination. • Serve as Research mentor to Postgraduate students.

• Plans, organizes and supervises a comprehensive nursing education program. • Participates in evaluating nursing education practices and in establishing institutional standards of practice for all aspects of nursing education in cooperation Pakistan Nursing Council standards and regulations • Develops course content and curriculum, coordinates clinical and academic instruction and provides guidance to students and instructors as required • Establishes qualifications of all levels of nursing staff in conjunction with the Dean and ensures compliance • Assists in the development of Nursing In-service Education Programs and monitors progress to ensure quality education is provided and maintained • Supervise necessary documentation for licensure examination of the Nursing Students. • Develop and maintain program curriculum, best Clinical practice to meet state, regional, national, and local health care needs. • Prepare budget with input from nursing faculty and administer the budget with approval of the Management Group. • Approve attendance work authorizations for all Academic staff. • Display empathy and positive regard for others in written, verbal and non-verbal communications. • Maintain proficiency as needed and approved by attending trainings, reading job-related materials, and meeting with others in area of responsibility. • Dress appropriately for a workplace with frequent customer service interaction. • Meet all required standards of confidentiality and safety. Maintain work areas in a clean and orderly manner. • Coordinate development and review of curriculum with members of department. • Supervise the teaching schedule that considers: faculty, Nursing Services and student needs. • Prepare and update quarterly/annual class schedule. • Regularly assess program and course outcomes. • Maintain program in good standing with Regulatory Bodies. • Work effectively with colleagues and students by practicing punctuality, respect for deadlines, collaborative problem solving, and honest communication.
