- Management and Overseeing of the Policy Department. - Leading in policy development including researching, reviewing, drafting, implementation and monitoring of all organizational policy engagements. - Maintaining the storage and distribution of all organizational policies and standard operating procedures. - Developing annual plans, action plans and performance management system for the Policy department.

- Providing legal translation and interpreting (Chinese – English – Tongan) for Supreme Court and Magistrate Court hearings. - Arranging meetings, bookings and reservations for the Chief Executive Officer. - Drafting and researching legal documents required by the Chief Executive Officer. - Ensure all communications and public relation engagements that involves the Chief Executive Officer is well organized.

- Teaching English and Literature to students of grade 2 – grade 9. - Develop and executed lesson plans using a balance of teaching strategies. - Collaborated with the English Faculty and Ministry of Education professionally in the assessment process. - Involved parents in shared reflection regarding student’s learning process. - Adjusting different teaching strategies using a variety of learning environment, including whole class, working in pairs, group work and individual work.

- Public relations and interactions during the Exhibition. - Monitor and overlook the Pacific Pavilion booths that included 6 island countries. - Provide daily/weekly report to the First Secretary and Ambassador when required. - Developing marketing strategies, lead in translations and interpretations regarding information about the Pacific to locals and foreigners. - Arranging meetings, organizing activities and assisting incoming delegations to ensure smooth coordination.

- Developing and executing teaching lesson plans and activities for kids in grade 9 and below. - Assessing the student’s progress using daily HomeWorks, weekly quizzes, monthly tests, in-class activities and games. - Maintaining supportive and positive classroom environment. - Informing parents about students daily progress.
