 Founded Kurnup, a predictive maintenance company focused on AI and IoT to help factories stay running and avoid downtime.  Raised 3 million RMB from a Chinese municipal government, created supporting documents such as financial models, business plans and presentations.  Connected with multiple fortune 500 companies to determine pain points, arranged partnerships with corporations and lead a team of 5 to meet their needs.  Finalists at events such as Slush, Amazon Xi’an and Intel, networked at the events to meet a wide variety of corporations, investors and government officials.  Analyzed multiple industries, created customized case studies per sector that highlighted industry specific problems and our solutions.

 Provided group support to find a single investor for a US $500 million project. Guided the NDA signing and financial due diligence before handing over the project to the local team.  Headed a real estate project valued at US $150 million. Reviewed financial models, prepared presentations and discussed options and key priorities with the investor.  Created strategies to utilize financial instruments such as mandatory convertible bonds and secured convertible bonds to support the group’s fund raising activities.  Supported the creation of research papers identifying potential acquisition targets in multiple sectors including technology, finance and healthcare.
