Responsibilities: · Design, prepare, and conduct functional DNA library experiments. · Work with various DNA structures, including single-strand circular DNA, double-strand circular DNA, Dumbbell DNA, and Stem-loop circular DNA. · Perform long and short DNA sequence amplification and GC-rich content DNA sequence amplification. · Maintain a large repository of biological specimens, ensuring long-term integrity and preservation. · Implement and refine best practices for collection and storage protocols. · Develop, validate, and establish Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for new processes and relevant documentation. · Follow established SOPs for routine lab procedures in library preparation. · Organize and prepare reagents and kits for specimen processing, including sourcing local and international reagents and managing documentation. · Respond to requests related to specimens, data inquiries, and results presentation
