I design and update teaching materials and assessments to promote meaningful learning. - I provide individualized academic support to students, guiding them in their academic and personal development. I provide guidance on study planning, learning strategies and problem solving. I track students' progress and help them overcome difficulties. - I direct and train the school's debate club, preparing students for international competitions and debates. I teach them techniques of argumentation, public speaking and critical analysis to develop their communication and critical thinking skills. - I provide advice and review of monographs and research works carried out by students. I evaluate the quality of projects, provide constructive feedback and suggest improvements to ensure academic excellence and scientific rigor.
