• Training between over 60 new teachers per school semester in a variety of cities throughout China • Monitoring and supporting over 200 students, au pairs and teachers in various provinces in China each year. • Building and maintaining partnerships across Asia, Europe and North America. Training sales teams and assisting with business development and government matters on local and national levels. • Designing marketing materials for recruitment both for our company and courses. • Interviewing and hiring potential interns, au pairs and teachers. • Training partners’ sales teams and new teachers in their TEFL qualifications in a classroom setting. • Developing new programs such as our “Z Visa 6 Month Work Program”, “Z visa 12 Month Work Program” and Au Pair program. • Managing a team of 3 Chinese Nationals and 3 Foreign Nationals.

• Taking calls from both internal and external sources, raising of jobs through JDE Portal system and ensuring that they reached the correct ATHs/contractors via JDE Oracle. • Using FSS B2B system. Raising a range of job types to ensure power meters were placed correctly and that the customers were satisfied. Dealing with queries from retailers, ATHs and other companies under the Vector umbrella.

• Constituent liaisonfor the council for items including flood information, refuse collection dates, lost/found/registering animals, rates payments, bookings, and other concerns. • Data entry and general admin and use of SAP, Worksmart, GEM and LASER systems.

Handling cash, using the till, serving alcohol and food, making coffee, helping with stock checks and cashing up, cooking, dealing with customer complaints, taking bookings, dealing with phone calls about the business, helping with merchandising and cleaning. Eventually becoming team leader and supervising teams of 5 – 10 staff.

Supervising strawberry planting and picking, driving the farm vehicles, supervising grooming of the plants, general farm duties. Reporting on the fruit harvests on a day-to-day basis.
