• Maintain the factory standard in quality system of GLP, GCP, and ISO13485. • Conduct QC Lab management, including daily check of testing instruments and consumable procurement. • General duties of quality controller, sampling, testing products, and irregularity follow-up. • Handle the regular document such as test report, compiling, and analysing test result. • Develop the Medical Device Registration Program in Mainland (NMPA certificate). • Communicate and coordinate with third parties, including consulting agencies, testing companies, and medical device associations.

• Continually conducted and developed market research on the current talent market and industry mapping in the field of chemical, material, and pharmaceutical industries. • Searched for suitable candidates through various external channels, conducted interview evaluation, and recommended them to clients after filtering; with 10 interviews and 8 effective recommendations per week. • Coordinated the interview arrangement, provided feedback on the interview results in time, participated in the offer negotiation, and followed the entry process. • Developed and maintained close relationships with candidates to provide professional career advice and coaching with 20+ warm-up calls per day.
