administrating the charity program of psychological and social support to adult patients at the department; everyday cooperation with medical staff, neurological patients and their relatives in order to ensure the highest possible quality of life; managing a team of volunteer;fundraising; planning and arranging weekly cultural events for patients.

analysing of life situation of the patients in order to build strategies of medical, psychological and social support for families with children in need of palliative care ( up to 36 families) in tight cooperation with the chief doctor and medical members of the team; administering the patient database ( including medical histories, social and psychological programs, decisions about financial support); planning budgets for each family project in coordination with both internal and external doctors/paramedics and making financial reports; cooperating with government representatives in order to provide social, legal and financial support to patients; organizing social activities for families at the hospice; screening educational organizations for children with additional needs; independent work at all hour swhen there was an urgent health crisis; working with families during crisis and post crisis periods when terminally-ill children were at their final stages.
