• Successfully interpreted operation data and detected 3 process flaws • Proposed and implement solutions to eradicate the identified flaws which resulted in a 20% reduction of the Field Service Team’s Mean Time to Resolution for P3/4 tickets • Created 15 dashboards using Tableau to present key operation data for managerial action and strategy • Administered the deployment of new IT projects (etc ServiceNow migration) and taught colleagues on how to use new gadgets/platform • Completed User Acceptance Testing for patches, new software, new configuration and had found more than 20 bugs in total
