I successfully helped young naive interns coming into the organization understand their various responsibilities by provide trainings and answering their questions.  I ensure that I coordinated adequately specific projects assigned to me ensuring that projects assigned to me go as planned.  I kept track of deadlines, making sure everyone is doing their part, and reporting progress to higher-ups.  I give interns support and feedback on their work and help them improve.  Successfully worked with other team members to make sure everyone is on the same page regarding projects. Communication is key!  Adequately Kept records of what interns are learning and what projects I was supervising. This helps us keep track of progress.

 Develop and implement a comprehensive curriculum that aligns with national educational standards and the specific needs of students.  Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes active participation, respect, and a safe learning space.  Maintained open communication with parents or guardians to discuss students' progress, address concerns, and provide updates on academic performance and behavior.  I Administered formative and summative assessments to evaluate students' progress. Provide constructive feedback and support to help students improve their english language skills and achieve academic goals.

Graduated with Second Class Upper Division
