• Raised the profile of the university by participating in both on and off-campus recruitment activities around the world, primarily in China and Southeast Asia; helped increase the enrolment number of Chinese and Vietnamese students by over 120% in the past 8 years • Actively involved in the development, planning, preparation and undertaking of established University recruitment strategies; helped develop new methods to interact with clients during COVID in 2020-21 • Engaged with international prospective students, parents, guidance counsellors and agent partners via face-to-face or telephone conversations, social media communications and other effective channels • Worked together with the recruitment team to improve the recruitment processes, identify new opportunities and markets as well as establish annual travel schedule and budget • Collaborated with other teams and departments to provide suggestions on the content of recruitment publications, communications and recruitment processes • Lead special projects and conducted daily operations assigned by the managers to better serve the recruitment goals established by the university
