As an ESL (English as a Second Language) teacher, I serve as a guide and facilitator for students from diverse linguistic backgrounds in acquiring proficiency in English. I role involves creating engaging lesson plans, incorporating various teaching methods to cater to different learning styles, and fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment. I help students develop their listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills through interactive activities, games, and discussions. Additionally, I assess students' progress regularly, provide constructive feedback, and offer additional support to those who need it.
