My current job role is based within the All Day Dining Restaurant Dunes Café. Along with five other service leaders, we supervise and lead a team of 12 waiters in the outlet with a seating capacity of 128 guests. My goal within the team is to influence and train the team members to hone in their natural hospitality skills to create a productive positive working environment.

My role within the family owned business focused around team leadership and overall supervision of the employees. The company compromises of a Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer. A total of 22 workers are currently employed full time. Having constant direct contact with each client, ensuring satisfaction in the product purchased, honing in my skills gained within hospitality to ensure the needs and wants of the client are exceeded.

I began my career with Seabourn Cruises as a Senior Waiter. I completed one contract in the position before beginning the training for Assistant Maître d Hotel (Restaurant Supervisor). I completed four contracts in this position. My role was to oversee and supervisor crew members within all food outlets on the cruise ships.

I attained a Bachelors of Commerce in Hospitality Management and Operations. The course was over a period of two and half years. The university is privately owned, with the head campus located in Leeuwarden Netherlands.
