I established contacts with manufacturing companies that can supply the goods to Ghana at cool prices to maximize customers and increase profit. Products like nose masks, fitness equipment’s, medical supplies among others. Likewise, we established a supply chain of coffee from Rwanda to China. • Manage Product Development by taking a very active role in developing a product, determining specifications, and bringing that product into production, whether it’s a physical product or a digital solution. ▪ We took an active initiative to design, create and print in China the first edition of the Embassy News for the Ethiopian Diaspora, which started as a newsletter for Ethiopian students in China with sponsorship from the Ethiopian Airlines. The serving edition is to come out soon. • Ability to conduct direct Marketing and Promotion through skillful networking and building anticipation for products to ensure that there is demand once the product moves into production. ▪ Created a social media platform for publicity and promotion partnerships with several bloggers to constantly arouse customers thirst for the need of new products. • Able to build and lead effective teams towards the company growth using high-level decision-making as well as identifying areas that benefits the company to bring in new personnel. ▪ Started with the idea to create a few Tech products for Agriculture, security and transportation industries in Ghana, and since it’s a huge project, we made partnerships deals with a few companies and skillfully brought new and skillful talents on board to help run this project
