• Ensure the framework, standards and responsibilities are strictly adhered to within the programme. Act as a reference point for the guidance for governance and control of workstreams as well as gate reviews within the programme ensuring decision making and escalation/resolution where required. • Engage with field staff to ensure effective RAID framework is created and proactively maintained to guarantee identified risks were logged, monitored and all necessary details including risk identifier, risk owner, mitigation, probability, impact and risk treatment are all captured in the risk log. • Ensure timely submission of weekly status reports, and as custodia of key programme artifacts, quality assure the contents of the reports against the key programme artifacts to ensure SVOT (single version of truth) is consistently projected to senior stakeholders. • Manage and track the budget to ensure Project Managers have awareness of the current spend, availability and any variances and assisted in determining resources requirement to avoid over or under-allocation of resources. • Monitor the administration of the shared document repository and team mailbox. • Prepar and distribut meeting packs and governance documentation as well as setting up and taking minutes and actions in the meetings and workshops.
