● Convert invoices into standard LEDES format, and review for any possible error ● Modify standard LEDES file to fit in each client's specific requirement if necessary ● Submit LEDES invoices online through carrier individual webpage ● Handle any rejection issue after submission, such as missing budget or missing timekeeper rate

● Generate prebill for attorney review, and process any necessary changes attorney made on the prebill ● Process prebill into actual invoice for our clients ● Respond to any kind of billing-related inquiry, such as unbilled times and expenses

● Provide and attach backup documents of attorney disbursement to the client’s billing statement ● Monitor and manage billing department emails
