Tianneng Group was established in 1986, located in the hinterland of the Yangtze River Delta - the "China Green Power Energy Center" in Changxing, Zhejiang. Its main focus is on the manufacturing of environmentally friendly power batteries for electric vehicles, integrating the research and development, production, and sales of new energy such as nickel hydrogen and lithium-ion batteries, wind and solar energy storage batteries, as well as renewable lead resource recovery and recycling. It is currently the leading green power energy manufacturer in China. The group has strong strength, scientific management, and obvious industry position advantages. On June 11, 2007, it was successfully listed on the Hong Kong Main Board as the first stock of China's power batteries (00819. HK). At present, the group has developed into a large international group company with 25 domestic wholly-owned subsidiaries and 3 overseas companies. In 2013, the sales revenue reached 50 billion yuan and more than 20000 employees. The group has five major production bases, namely Changxing in Zhejiang, Shuyang in Jiangsu, Wuhu in Anhui, Jieshou in Anhui, and Puyang in Henan, with total assets of nearly 7 billion yuan. The production and sales of the company's leading product, electric vehicle power batteries, have been ranked first in the same industry in China for 15 consecutive years. The group is a key technology enterprise supported by the state, a key technology enterprise of the National Torch Plan, an advanced collective in the national light industry, a leading backbone enterprise in the industrial industry of Zhejiang Province, and a deputy chairman unit of the National Battery Standardization Committee. The group's business scale ranks among the top 500 manufacturing enterprises in China, the top 500 private enterprises in China, the top 10 battery industry in China, the top 100 enterprises in Zhejiang Province, and the top 100 private enterprises in Zhejiang Province.
