Shane English School is a well-established and respected EFL company with schools world-wide including China, Japan, Vietnam, Poland and The UK. The first school was opened in Japan in 1977, and there are now over 300 schools world-wide. We are one of the largest British owned chains of EFL schools worldwide.   Shane English School China (SESC) is committed to being a world leader in quality education to all ages and levels. Shane English School's first school on the Chinese mainland opened in Shanghai in 2000. In China we have more than 30 locations including Shanghai, Beijing, Hangzhou, Dalian, Xian, Chengdu, Kunming, Nanjing, Ningbo, Wuxi, Yangzhou as well as other smaller cities. It provides a well structured and clear course, whilst still allowing the teacher to   express their own individuality, energy and creativity. Teachers use these attributes freely in their teaching direction, allowing them to meet students language needs.   Teachers will be given a maximum class size of 12 students, with an English speaking Chinese assistant to help-out in every class. This all makes for an enjoyable, fun and rewarding teaching experience of the highest quality, as teachers develop an excellent rapport with each student, seeing their English grow from their work. Shane English School Yangzhou is situated near the city centre. The foreign teachers ride push-bikes, electric-bicycles or electric-scooters into work from their nearby apartments that are conveniently located to shops, restaurants and bars. Yangzhou has a good, well serviced bus system that is very inexpensive to use and can get you to almost anywhere in the city as well as to places on the outskirts of the city too.
