Job Responsibilities

Industry: ICT infrastructure and industry solutions Location: Jakarta, Indonesia Responsibilities: - Prepare Purchase Invoice according to distributor's Purchase Order. - Communicate with distributors for basic information like price, stock level & products. - Receive and report demand from distributors to Sales Manager. - Update on basic product knowledge, introduce and share product information with distributors & dealers. - Coordinate with Warehouse Team for shipment arrangement. - Inform commercial invoice to distributors. - In charge of back order. - Calculate sales data for Sales Team and Finance Team. - Support some general administrative tasks To apply : Please contact Mandy Email address: mandy.tsui@hiredchina.com WhatsApp: +852 6942 9868

Job Requirements

- Diploma or above - 3 to 5 years sales support experience, familiar with international trade is preferred - Has experience in telecom equipment is preferable, but not a must - Excellent interpersonal & communication skills - Detail-minded, patient and able to work under pressure - Good in English and Mandarin - Immediate available will be an advantage
