Job Responsibilities
1. Based on the annual recruitment KPI, select suitable recruitment channels, search for candidates, and follow up on the entire recruitment process to meet the employment needs of relevant departments; 2. Establish and maintain a talent pool, and follow up on talent development and changes in recruitment needs.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with priority given to majors in human resource management, psychology, and related fields; 2. Proficient in various recruitment channels, familiar with systematic recruitment processes, able to effectively manage the interview process and make reasonable hiring decisions; 3. Familiar with various recruitment, selection, and talent evaluation methods, proficient in using various interview techniques, and exploring candidates through multiple channels; 4. Proficiently grasp the mapping of the talent market in the industry, as well as the deep exploration and maintenance of talents; 5. Overseas recruitment experience is preferred; 6. Good English reading and writing skills, basic English listening, reading and writing skills.
