Job Responsibilities
Co-creation and implementation of the recruitment strategy in the production plant in the initial phase of construction and installation of the machinery park. Conducting recruitment processes, including creating advertisements, conducting job interviews and selecting candidates. Supervision over compliance with labor law regulations. Management of processes related to employment, payroll settlements, benefits and allowances. Building an organizational culture by supporting initiatives aimed at building a positive work culture. Providing support to employees in HR-related matters, resolving conflicts, advising on professional development.
Job Requirements
Higher education in psychology, human resources management, law or related. Experience in managing HR processes in a production plant - min. 3 years. Knowledge of labor law regulations and current news in the HR area. Experience in building and managing a team (HR, payroll, recruitment, talent development). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Advanced knowledge of English (C1).
