Job Responsibilities

Achieve the company’s annual R&D (mechanical) goals, and develop detailed work plans based on the "R&D Task Document" requirements. Complete the company’s project (mechanical) design tasks and achieve project objectives. Provide technical support for pre-sales/after-sales services, document mechanical technical issues at customer sites, and compile reports. Conduct market debugging, continuous improvement, and cost reduction initiatives. Analyze global trends, industry developments, and competitor situations, submit reports, and propose product improvements or innovations.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Automation/Intelligent Manufacturing or related fields, with 5+ years of experience in (mechatronics host machine) design roles. Proficiency in English as a working language. Nationality unrestricted, age 30-45. Strong blueprint reading skills, proficient in SolidWorks, Dingjie PLM system, and Kingdee Starry Sky ERP management system. Willingness to travel globally as required.
