You haven’t participated in end-to-end brand-building campaigns, driven measurable growth through social and content channels, or presented metrics and strategy to hard-nosed peers and sceptical executives - do not continue. We’re seeking a Social Media Channels Manager who lives and breathes multi-platform brand storytelling. You’ll own and build our current channels, create new ones and more, turning audience insights into scroll-stopping campaigns that'll drive the growth of all our brand's presence. Why This Role Is Not for Everyone This is a hands-on role where you will be thrown straight into the deep-end - proactivity and initiative is a must. You will work with and report to a senior Brands Marketing Manager and be expected to present, argue and communicate decisions and plans. Office-based and collaborating closely with local and foreign nationals at our Zhejiang production site, near to an established town, commutable in under an hour from central Hangzhou. What you’ll own • Crafting and executing cross-platform strategies that align with brand values and commercial goals. • Designing partnerships, from outreach to ROI analysis, to amplify our story in authentic voices. • Producing and curating high-impact content, optimised natively for each channel and grounded in audience behaviour. • Analysing performance metrics to refine tactics, report back on successes and sharpen future campaigns.
Job Requirements
What you must bring • A proven track record of leading successful social media campaigns (show us the numbers). • Deep, hands-on expertise with TikTok, X (Twitter), Instagram, YouTube and others. • Strong analytical mindset: you can turn data into decisions, not just dashboards. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Proven ability to manage budgets and external agency/creative partnerships • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or equivalent
