Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for coordinating with overseas business departments for talent planning, talent recruitment for key positions, performance appraisal and incentive plan implementation; 2. Responsible for the overseas business department to formulate work objectives and key tasks in the field of human resources; 3. Responsible for cooperating with overseas business departments to continuously optimize the workflow of overseas human resource management and establish efficient work specifications; 4. Understand the policies related to overseas work visas and legal employment, and cooperate with legal affairs and other departments to continuously improve the company's overseas employment compliance.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above, major is not limited; 2. Understand human resources policies, systems and processes, and their application in the enterprise; 3. Familiar with the business and process of each module of human resources, especially in recruitment and talent development; 4. Fluent in English, available as a working language.
