Responsibilities: 1.Partners with the management team and execute the organization’s human resource and talent strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning. 2. Manages the talent acquisition process, which may include recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants; collaborates with store operations departments to understand skills and competencies required for the openings. 3. Maintains company compliance with meeting all government reporting requirements 4. Follows the company wage and salary structure, pay policies, and maintains the variable pay systems within the company including bonuses and raises. 5. Take on an active role in fostering company culture and influence behaviors toward a performance driven organization. 6. Perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, or Organization Development Experience in building a start-up team Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills Minimum of 3 years of progressive leadership experience in Human Resources Leader positions with proven experience in Singapore Human Resources experience in retail experience is preferred Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
