Job Responsibilities
Assist the general manager in managing investment projects, including promoting project implementation, facilitating communication and collaboration across diverse cultural backgrounds. Focus on financial management, including the compilation and analysis of financial statements, and the preparation of risk management assessment reports. Responsible for drafting, reviewing and translating English business documents, following up on the progress of overseas projects, and maintaining good communication with project teams.
Job Requirements
A bachelor's degree or above (majors in finance or international trade are preferred). Proficiency in English (equivalent to CET-6 or above), with fluent writing and speaking skills. Over 3 years of experience as an assistant to the general manager. Familiar with basic financial knowledge, capable of interpreting financial statements, possessing a risk management awareness, and having project management experience. Excellent business negotiation, cross-cultural communication and coordination skills. Proficient in business office operations, and able to adapt to flexible working hours and short-term business trips. Quick-witted, with clear logic and a strong sense of responsibility.
